As my past review, the rooms are awesome, clean, minimalist and very romantic. I recommend you the "Vapor" room. Today I faced with great surpirse, the recepcionist is a kind madam, not a rude and disrespectful guy of previous visit. This madam in reception was Kind and very servicial with me. She also answered the telephone to reception from my room. I recommend 100% this place. One thing that I forget is the rooms has a card to open and room function with card check. Its secure.

Hace unos días pase y resulta que no tienen servicio para hacer el cobro con dinero electrónico. Tampoco tienen servicio de transferencias. Pido a su administración se actualicen en las formas de cobro actuales, no todo es efectivo, hablemos personas que por seguridad ya todo lo manejamos de manera electrónica. De igual manera la atención de su personal debe de ser más amena más empatica más atenta Tampoco observe algún letrero o cartel donde se haga mención del costo de habitaciones y tiempo de duración de sus servicios . Es un hotel que ya lleva muchos años de funcionamiento en la. Zona y por lo mismo considero debe de actualizarse principalmente en tener diversas formas de cobro no solo efectivo
Es bonito por fuera , las habitaciones están bien y se ven muy limpias , pero el único tema es con recepción y el hecho de que no aceptes pagos con tarjeta . O al menos en mi visita no la aceptaron.
No está mal pero no tenían pago con tarjeta y se escucha a un ratón en las paredes fuera de eso, limpias las habitaciones aunque algo caras.
El servicio es muy bueno y discreto, la habitaciones cuentan con agua caliente y T.V. por cable. Las habitaciones están limpias y acogedoras.
